Bierna, Lower Silesian Voivodeship

Bierna ((ドイツ語:Berna)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sulików, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )
Prior to 1945 it was part of the German Province of Silesia. Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
It lies approximately south-east of Sulików, south-east of Zgorzelec, and west of the regional capital Wrocław.
